Secretarial Services

The Faculty of Business and Management has a Central Secretariat. All professors may submit their typing, copying and other requests to the Secretariat Office ahead of time.


Professors’ Files

The Office of the Dean keeps a file for each professor, including the following information:

  • A Curriculum Vitae
  • Course load
  • Copies of contract
  • List of publications and activities



Full-time professors are paid on a monthly basis. Part-time professors are paid four times per Semester on credit load basis. For more information, please contact the University Accounting Department at ext. 1177.



The University Accounting Department administers the benefits program offered to University faculty, staff and employees. Benefits include Medical Insurance, Children's Education and Personal Accident Insurance. For more information, please contact the University Accounting Department. at ext. 1177.  

Annual Leave

All full-time professors are entitled to three months of paid leave per academic year, usually during July, August and September.



Mail boxes are assigned to full-time professors as well as to part-time professors. For further information, please contact the Faculty Secretary.


Business Hours

All full-time professor are required to be physically present on the campus in such a way to reflect the contractual agreement they have signed with the University. Professors who need to spend prolonged hours at the University Library for research or other academic related activity, should inform the Secretariat of their whereabouts.
