Science & Cooking - An Introduction to Molecular Gastronomy 

The School of Tourism and Hotel Management always has something to offer for its students and the rest of the University.

On December 3, 2013, the School hosted the innovative and talented Chef Federico Rodriguez. He grasped the Molecular Gastronomy concept and brought it to Lebanon, creating the first molecular catering company (Molecular Artists). The ambiance was astounded by his live performance and experiments.
