La Ferme Saint-Jacques

On the 4th of December students and professors of Balamand University, Hospitality Management department, visited "La Ferme Saint-Jacques, les volailles de Batroun" in Douma region.
The trip was very beneficial for students, to their first time they experienced different steps for breeding and raising the Moulard duck. Then experienced too the stages to process the different cuts. At the end of the day the group enjoyed a tasting menu composed of foie gras en torchon, smoked magret de canard salad and confit de canard with Sarladaise potatoes.
