ABSTRACT: This paper is about the coordination of air traffic. Many studies have predicted a sharp increase in air traffic in the near future. Current air traffic control systems are approaching capacity. Air traffic is subject to uncertainties that can modify pre-established trajectories over time. This paper proposes a new dynamic approach to the management of conflicts which takes account of uncertainties regarding aircraft speed.
