Education Student at the University of Balamand, Lana Kamand participated in a 3-day Training of Trainers (ToT) workshop on “Modern Training Methods” organized by the Lebanese National Energy - LNE in collaboration with Bildungswerk der Bayerischen Wirtschaft (BBW Group) and the Lebanese Organisation for Studies and Training (LOST) at Beirut Digital District.

The main goal of the training was to equip trainers with the skills and knowledge needed to effectively train future trainers within their own frameworks, create their training plans, and define learning objectives. This was all done through an array of methodologies, including interactive sessions, practical demonstrations, and the creation of presentations.

One of the most significant training takeaways was “mastering the art of presenting. How to gauge the audience's reactions, following the 7-step approach for impactful presentations, and even discovering the template used by renowned presenters like Eckhart Tolle”.

The workshop offered more than just knowledge, it also provided a unique networking platform with participants from diverse backgrounds (manufacturing, banking, hospitality, agriculture, pharmaceutical, media, and non- governmental organizations) who shared their own experiences, discussed insights, and tackled challenges together. These connections opened doors for future collaborations, adding a layer of richness to the entire experience.
