Aims and Objectives

1. To oversee the participation of the University of Balamand in the European Programs for scientific and technological cooperation, such as the Erasmus+ International Credit Mobility (ICM) program, the Capacity Building for Higher Education Projects (CBHE), Horizon 2020 projects, European Neighborhood Cross Border Projects etc.….


2. To provide support in the preparation and implementation of EU projects in which the University of Balamand is involved and is/will be carried out by the university.

1. To raise awareness of the UOB community (administrative staff, instructors and students) about the European projects, particularly Erasmus+ program and about the opportunities that the unit will provide to the Faculty members, staff and the institution.


2. To coordinate the exchange of students, staff and Faculty members (incoming mobility and outgoing mobility) between the University of Balamand and the European universities, particularly, in the framework of the Erasmus+ International Credit Mobility program.


3. To help the community members of the University of Balamand in preparing and responding to EU initiatives, projects and proposals.
