On October 27th 2022, the University of Balamand UOB held its Annual Club Fair at the Koura campus after a two-year hiatus. The event was organized by the Office of Student Affairs OSA in order to provide new students with opportunities to broaden their perspectives, discover their interests, and gain new skills.

More than 40 clubs and societies participated in UOB club fair, where active club members took the opportunity to communicate with new students supporting them to participate in club events and activities to enrich their university experience.

The club fair was an opportunity for students to showcase their talents. The music club provided entertainment while the THM Club supported by the School of Tourism and Hotel Management provided catering for the event.

Dr Elias Warrak, President of University of Balamand, along with senior members of the administration scoped out clubs’ activities at UOB club fair highlighting the value of developing social skills as well as expanding the communication experience for students.

As a part of its commitment to the ongoing enhancement of campus life, UOB aims constantly to improve students’ academic and social experience that leads to the growth of their communication skills.
