Archimandrite Prof. Jack Khalil, the Dean of the St. John of Damascus Institute of Theology, actively engaged in a scholarly conference centered on the veneration of saints hailing from Cyprus. The event, organized by the "St. Epiphanius" Cultural Academy within the Eparchy of Constantia-Ammochostos, transpired from May 12th to May 15th, 2024. The auspicious occasion unfolded under the gracious patronage and direct presence of His Beatitude Archbishop Georgios of Cyprus. Themed "Honoring Angels, Prophets, and Apostles in Cyprus," the conference attracted an esteemed cohort of specialized scholars from various corners of the globe. Notably, Archimandrite Jack Khalil delivered an insightful study titled "Paul - Barnabas, Antioch - Cyprus" during the proceedings. Furthermore, the conference agenda featured an array of intellectually stimulating cultural and artistic endeavors.
