The Faculty of Business and Management (FOBM) at the University of Balamand, in collaboration with the Career Services Center at the University of Balamand, welcomed Mr. Hrair Kouyoumjian for an engaging guest speaker session held at the Al Koura Campus on October 1, 2026.

Under the title “Exploring the Impact of AI in Sales,” Mr. Kouyoumjian highlighted the transformative role of artificial intelligence in sales and business operations. Through practical industry examples and real-world comparisons, students explored how AI is reshaping customer engagement, sales forecasting, decision-making, and overall business performance.

The session emphasized the importance of embracing emerging technologies to drive innovation, enhance efficiency, and maintain competitiveness in today’s rapidly evolving business environment.
