The Faculty of Business and Management (FOBM), in collaboration with the Career Services Center at the University of Balamand, welcomed Ms. Aseel Honein, award-winning entrepreneur and educator, for an engaging guest speaker session held at the Al Koura Campus on October 27, 2026.

Under the inspiring title “Become the Value,” Ms. Honein encouraged students to recognize their unique strengths, align their passions with real-world needs, and develop the mindset and skills necessary to succeed in an ever-evolving professional landscape.

Through interactive discussions and practical exercises, students explored the importance of leadership, adaptability, creativity, and lifelong learning. The session also highlighted the roles of entrepreneurship and intrapreneurship, inspiring students to take initiative, create meaningful impact, and contribute value within organizations and beyond.

This initiative reflects FOBM’s ongoing commitment to bridging academic learning with practical experience, empowering students to unlock their potential and prepare for meaningful and successful careers.
