• Instil a culture of results oriented HR professionalism through a carefully designed set of interactive courses that cover the latest HR knowledge, skills, competencies, and best practices.

REGISTRATION OPTIONS
ALL COURSES ARE DELIVERED ONLINE

Option 1
Full HR Certification Program

• Participants register for the whole program consisting of 5 HR courses.
• At the successful completion of all five courses, the participant would become a certified ‘HR Professional Strategic Business Partner’.
• Participant receives an official certificate from the University of Balamand.
• Duration: 12 weeks for the program (5 courses)
• Maximum time for completion is one year.
• Cost: $1,875 for the program (5 courses)


 
Option 2
Individual Courses

• Participants register for any of the five programs.
• At the successful completion of the course, participants would earn a Certificate of Completion.
• Participants have the option to revert to the full HR certification program provided they complete the five course requirements within one calendar year.
• Duration: 2 weeks per course
• Cost: $490 per course

HOW ARE THE HR ONLINE COURSES DELIVERED?

• All courses are delivered online through interactive lessons, videos, and activities that are designed to help participants meet the challenges of a
career as an HR professional and business partner.
• Course meetings will extend over three days per week at the rate of 4 hours per day, scheduled outside the normal office working hours.

• Design and conduct structured competency-based interviews using the S.T.A.R technique.
• Evaluate jobs objectively using modern factor point systems.
• Design effective competency-based performance management systems and coach managers to implement them successfully.
• Design and apply effective compensation strategies to boost employee performance.
• Apply well-defined workforce planning and optimization techniques to forecast future employee needs based on organization’s business goals and needs.
• Measure and track HR management performance using selective lagging (KPIs) and leading indicators.
• Align HR strategy with organizational goals, objectives, and KPIs.
• Design the HR dashboard (balanced scorecard) to track HR results and deliverables.
• Elevate HR management to a higher dimension with modern HR analytics and statistical analysis.
• Become a credible HR business partner.



ASSESSMENT & COMPLETION

• The assessment is in the form of 50 multiple-choice questions administered online at the completion of each course.
• For those registered in the full program of five courses leading to an official HR Certificate:
  A passing grade of 70% or better in each course.
  An overall average of 80% or above in all five courses.
  Participants not meeting the above requirements would have to repeat one or more courses.
• For those registered in individual courses:
  A passing grade of 70% or better in the course.
• Participants not meeting the above requirement would have to repeat the course.
