The University of Balamand (UOB) signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) with Izdihar, a local community organization in Tripoli that aims towards youth development and capacity-building in Tripoli. The MOU was signed by Dr. Elias Warrak, President of UOB, and Mr. Mosbah El-Ahdab Founder of Izdihar, in presence of Dr. Elie Karam, Dean of Issam Fares Faculty of Technology at UOB.
