FOE Fostering Further International Research Collaboration: Dr. Joseph Doumit Appointed as Associate Researcher at IMT Atlantique

Dr. Joseph Doumit, a newly recruited Assistant Professor at the Department of Computer Engineering, has officially been admitted as an Associate Researcher at IMT Atlantique (France) within the Department of Mathematical and Electrical Engineering for a three-year period spanning 2026–2029.

This prestigious appointment reflects Dr. Doumit’s growing international research profile and reinforces the Faculty’s commitment to sustain its quest for international research collaboration with key partners to advance excellence in engineering research and global academic collaboration.

Dr. Doumit expressed his enthusiasm for this milestone, stating: “Joining IMT Atlantique as an Associate Researcher is an exciting opportunity to collaborate with leading international researchers and contribute to shaping the future of intelligent wireless communications. I look forward to advancing innovative solutions in AI-driven networking, cell-free architectures, computer engineering gaming, and interference management technologies that will help define the next era of global connectivity.”
