customer behavior, and his work has been published in a number of scientific journals, book chapters and conference
proceedings. He has undertaken significant research in the fields of marketing, management and an emphasis on consumer
behavior.
Dr. Rania Hawi
is a distinguished entrepreneur, business leader, and academic with over two decades of experience in business
management, marketing, and higher education. She holds a Ph.D. in Business Management and combines a strong academic
foundation with extensive hands-on experience in strategic leadership, organizational development, and digital
transformation.
Dr. Hawi is the Founder and CEO of CMOS Media Group, a digital media and production company, and serves as the leader of
Dream FM Radio, where she oversees programming strategy, audience engagement, and brand positioning. She is deeply
committed to education and has held senior academic roles, including Instructor and Program Director at the University of
Balamand, where she taught business and management courses and led the development of innovative digital marketing
initiatives.
In addition to her corporate and academic careers, Dr. Hawi co-founded Apex Consultancy, a strategic advisory firm
specializing in business strategy, marketing, and organizational growth. Her professional experience also includes
leadership roles within the financial sector in the United States, enabling her to bring a global, multidisciplinary
perspective to business and marketing practices.
