MODULE 1: AI FOUNDATIONS & WORKFLOW AUTOMATION

MODULE 2: DATA INTELLIGENCE & DECISION SUPPORT
 
  • Cleaning datasets and structuring information
  • Using AI to summarize, forecast, and automate reporting
  • Turning spreadsheet data into actionable insights for decision-making
MODULE 3: AI FOR CUSTOMER ENGAGEMENT & ETHICAL DEPLOYMENT
 
  • Personalization, segmentation, and automated follow-up messages
  • Monitoring sentiment and improving communication quality
  • Responsible AI practices, bias awareness, human oversight, and governance
              
CERTIFICATE DURATION AND METHOD OF DELIVERY

This certificate extends over a total of 18 hours. It is delivered online, with live interactive sessions, hands-on labs, and guided activities. Participants will meet two times per week, with each session lasting three hours. This weekly structure ensures enough time for concept explanation, practical demonstrations, and immediate application through real business use cases. It consists of three modules.

TESTING AND CERTIFICATES

Participants who attend the full program will receive a Certificate of Attendance. However, since the program includes a capstone AI workflow project, participants who successfully submit and demonstrate their project will be awarded a Certificate of Completion. No numerical grades will be issued; evaluation will be Pass or Fail based on project submission and presentation.

Rabih Kahaleh

Rabih Kahaleh is a software and AI solutions expert specializing in workplace automation, HR technology, and AI-enabled talent decision support. He holds a master’s degree in educational technology and is currently completing his Ph.D. research in Generative AI in Education. In parallel to his academic work, he leads software and web development initiatives and supervises digital transformation projects at the University of Balamand. His professional experience includes designing AI-powered HR workflows, developing automation pipelines for recruitment, engagement, and performance, and integrating intelligent tools into HR operations and learning environments. He has trained HR leaders, executives, and managers on how to adopt AI to reduce administrative workload, improve employee experience, enhance talent analytics, and support faster, fairer, and more strategic HR decisions. He brings both the technical depth and the HR-specific practical implementation experience needed to guide professionals in applying AI for real organizational workforce transformation.
